Cora Montgomery CEO
Cora Montgomery is Founder and first President of Total Enrichment Services Inc. where she served as President of the Board of directors for 3 years. She now serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Total Enrichment Services Inc. She is a graduate Spertus Institute with a Master’s of Science Degree in Human Services Administration; the University of Illinois with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Saint’s Academy with an Associate Degree in Political Science. Her work history in social services spans over 40 years in administrative and clinical services. She as served in administrative positions overseeing Behavioral Health services for 20 years and has served as a clinical provider of services for over 20 years. She has also worked as an adjunct professor at the City College of Chicago and has taught several psychiatric certification courses at the City College of Chicago. She utilizes hands on approach of services provision to ensure that quality care provided to its diverse multicultural communities. She believes that in serving people is a service to God.
Rev. Terrell Powell Sr.
President of Board of Directors
Pastor Powell serves as President of the Board of Directors Total Enrichment Services Inc. since January 2018. He has been an ordained minister since 2003. He developed a vision for what the local church should be through the example of his mother at an early age. He grew up on the west side of Chicago and graduated from Schurz High School. He studied at DeVry Technical Institute after which he then worked as a building services supervisor at the University of Illinois at Chicago for 20 years. He received a Certificate of Ministry in 2002 from the Living Word School of Ministry from Living Word Christian Center in Forest Park, Illinois. He presently is the senior pastor of Philadelphia M.B. Church located at 3335 West Washington Boulevard in Chicago, Illinois. Pastor Powell founded and operated More Abundance Christian Center where he served as the senior pastor from 2003 to 2007. He continues the community in diverse ways through his ministry
Christopher Taliaferro
Vice President/ Board Chairman
Chris Taliaferro serves as the Vice President/ Board Chairman to Total Enrichment Services Inc. since May 2018. He has been a servant of the people throughout his career and he is currently serving as Alderman of the 29th ward in Chicago, Illinois. He is an accomplished attorney with a Jurist Doctorate from John Marshall Law School in Chicago Illinois and passed the Illinois Bar Association in 2007. He has a Bachelor’s degree summa cum laude in criminal and social justice from Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois. He has served in the United States Marine Corps, Cook County Sheriff Department and the Chicago Police Department. He is the founding partners Taliaferro Law Group, P.C. He is a family man married 27 years with three Children and he embraces the Christian faith.
Melaneice Sercye
Clinical Director
Meleaneice Sercye is the Clinical Director of TESI, grew up on the West-side of Chicago. Melaneice worked with severly mentally disabled adults. She also worked with Substance abusers and returned to school to and obtained a Master's Degree in Social Work and later obtained her license and currently working as LMSW.
Alejandro Trejo
Board Member & Treasure
Alejandro Trejo is a Co-Founder of TESI and currently serves as the Treasure of the Board. Alex was born in Mexico City, Mexico and has been a resident of the US for 24 years. He has a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Mexico City. He has worked in Social for over 20 years in various positions. He is a certified Program Manager and currently working as a Supervisor at Association House of Chicago. He also serves as a board member at Family Providence Services.
Patricia Hodo
Board Member
Patricia Hodo a Co-Founder and Board Member of Total Enrichment Services Inc. as well as Marketing/IT Specialist. Patricia served as a Volunteered at COIP (Community Outreach Intervention Project) on the Southeast of Chicago serving an under-served population She is a veteran who served in the U.S. Army for 6 years. She has a Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from Chicago State University and a Master’s Degree in Higher Education Administration and Leadership from Kaplan University. Patricia has worked in the Austin community as a Health Educator/Counselor and Mental Health Therapist for 6 years respectively. She is currently a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Producer and Entrepreneur working in the Insurance industry.
Jeanette Lewis
Board Member
Jeanette Lewis is a Co-founder of TESI and is serving as secretary of the Board. Jeanette has worked in social services for over 25 yeas in various positions. She attended Harold Washington College where she obtained a Management raining Certificate. Her life is Christ centered and is a Licensed Evangelist. She heads a feed Ministry in the community serving those in need. Her greatest achievement is being a Mother, a Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
Fannie Orange
Board Member
Fannie Orange was born in Helm MS and is currently residing on on the West-side of Chicago. She worked as an apprentice staff at "By The Hand Club " for kids for six years. She also worked at Moving "By the Hand feeding over 250 children of all grade levels. She also worked as a Loan Set-Up Administrator and a Loan Closer. She is an Alumnus of New Life Girls Ministry where she worked as a counselor. Her passion is cooking and has worked at the Hyatt Regency as a Chef.
